In our society, we are used to tying achievements to time or certificates.

We spend money on clothing, technology, travel, or luxury items —

all of which bring us short-term joy or status.

But what is the true value when it comes to our well-being, health,

freedom, and soul?

For some, it’s worth nothing if it doesn’t cost a lot,

while others are focused on a number and miss the fact that what they receive in return

cannot be measured with any amount of money —

because some things are beyond quantification.

There are things that are hardly measurable in numbers:

a deep breath after years of inner constriction,

a night of restful sleep after nightmares or racing thoughts have taken over life,

a moment of inner freedom when an old pain dissolves,

without needing to put it into words, allowing the soul to breathe again.

Many people who come to me describe exactly these moments.

And so they ask me questions they are allowed to ask themselves:

What is it truly worth for me to come back to myself,

to feel free from burdens, and to reconnect with my own essence?

The price isn’t a number — it’s the willingness

to take oneself seriously.

What if, for example, sleep is missing?

It’s clear that then something in you wants to be heard.

Maybe you know the feeling:

You lie down at night — physically tired but internally awake.

Thoughts won’t stop.

A vague feeling of restlessness.

Something gnaws at you, but you can’t grasp it.

Insomnia isn’t your enemy; it’s an inner alarm signal,

lovingly whispering:

“Please, finally listen to me.”

Perhaps sleep is elusive because your dreams are disturbing,

you suffer from nightmares

and thus you don’t want to sleep at all.

The silent call from the unseen...

I also accompany people who feel that their sleep deprivation is suffering —

and that behind insomnia lies more than just everyday stress.

Together, we create a space where your system can breathe.

A space beyond words — where you can remember

your original balance.

Whether you perceive energy very subtly or simply feel like you can’t “come down,”

you are not alone!

And you don’t have to “fix” it,

because often the solution lies in a new approach —

inner listening.

Whatever the causes may be,

we can try to identify and transform them.

Every person carries their own field of experiences,

imprints, and inner knowledge;

we are all the sum of these.

In my guidance, I open a space where you can perceive and recognize yourself —

on mental, energetic, and soulful levels.

My work — I don’t like to call it “work” —

is not based on medical or psychotherapeutic training,

but on intuitive sensing,

inner guidance, connection to the higher self,

and decades of experience in the physical, interpersonal,

and subtle energetic realms.

And whatever the reasons for sleep issues are,

we probably agree in the essence of it all:

Sleep deprivation can border on torture,

it can make you seriously ill over time and affect your entire life and its quality.

So what does it cost to finally sleep again and find inner balance,

when peace, inner order, and clarity return?

What is it worth to stand in your own power again,

when emotional blockages gently transform,

free from the shadows of the past into lightness,

bliss, and freedom?

What does it mean to recognize and lovingly reintegrate old patterns and imprints,

Understanding old patterns and imprints and lovingly integrating them into our lives,

thereby strengthening access to our body awareness and intuition.

Ultimately, it is a matter of self-respect:How much do I value myself,

my health and my healing?

How much would I protect, nurture, and love my own soul?

The answer to this is the true price of your healing, and that price is priceless.

Inner peace is not a luxury but a necessity.

Our inner worth is immeasurable; it is the essence of our being,

our connection to love and self-acceptance.

In a world often driven by quick successes, material possessions

and external evaluations,

we sometimes forget how valuable our inner healing and self-love truly are;

and above all, that these are not givens.

And what does it mean to possess material wealth without being healthy and

fulfilled enough to truly enjoy it?

This is also an invitation to become aware of where our money is flowing.

Do we truly support the things that nourish and heal us?

Often, in the so-called spiritual scene as well,

the question arises:

Why do people with gifts, special abilities, and knowledge earn their livelihood this way?

Most of the time, this question is accompanied by a negative attitude and judgment regarding it.

So, I allow myself to ask a counter-question:

What else should we humans earn our livelihood with?

This world largely functions with this exchange medium (money),

and if we do not have a “healthy relationship” with money and carry limiting beliefs within us,

we perceive and judge it as negative,

generally develop such a rejecting attitude, and this energy flows everywhere it goes.

Isn’t it exactly right to earn money by serving humanity, nature, and animals?

Doesn’t it rather honor a pure, genuine, and heartfelt intention to truly do something good, meaningful, and helpful?

What about those in the world who amass billions in their accounts,

by doing the exact opposite?

That is, by harming us, nature, and animals. Is this behavior more rewarding?

Is it truly more valuable than serving for the good of humanity?

So why should people who do good ultimately be punished?

Negative beliefs regarding this often associate money with suffering and heaviness.

Which is understandable, as we see this everywhere outside and it is often passed down to us through our parents from birth. For example:

“Money corrupts character,

Money is only earned through hard work,

Money causes so much bad in the world,

To get money, I have to suffer…”

My own personal blockages also came from my family background,

where money was practically cursed and, to put it bluntly…

Who can blame you?

Money doesn't exactly feel invited if you condemn it from the start.

It was always tight for us, and we often argued about it.

As a child, I somehow learned the association that money probably didn't bring anything good and that you had to work hard for it.

They were all caught in this cycle, unaware

and they didn't pass it on with any malicious intent;

they simply lived it.

And yes, especially my grandparents, a war generation,

had it far from easy, so this is somewhat understandable.

So, I should take this as an opportunity to break the cycle and change things.

Why shouldn't I have a better life?

After all, they did everything they could to make that happen.

Let me tell you one thing:

No one is better or worse off if you earn your money with joy and ease because you follow your calling, your inner voice, your dreams

and your heart, and as a result, you thrive.

Also remember what was said at the beginning:In all of this, your self-worth plays a big role,

and ultimately, no one is forced to accept offers.

Especially with sincere and heartfelt people, both sides have earned their part—the one who needs something and the one who gives and receives in return.

After all, it’s your path, and the people who love you wish for you to have an easy life—without suffering and with lots of joy.

Every moment offers you the chance to start anew and to be true to yourself.

This is your soul’s mission—be happy!

Of course, there are still challenges; we all want to learn and grow—that’s why we’re here.

But if our human existence also implies that we spend a lot of our time on our calling,

then it should be fulfilling; at least, that’s my logic.

In my opinion, we are not born to suffer.

Instead of engaging in a activity that already ruins the whole day at the sound of the alarm clock, we should primarily be true to ourselves.

I generally believe that an "energetic" balance must always be maintained somewhere.

And I am a person who uses words like "must" and "should" very carefully.

I have personally learned my lesson in a very painful way about how incredibly severe the consequences can be if the balance between GIVING and RECEIVING is not respected.

This truly has to do with self-respect.

If you believe that always giving kindly would only earn you karma points,

then you are probably right—yet this has nothing to do with the fact that on an energetic level, you become "emptier" if everything always happens unilaterally!

The principle itself is simple and logical:

We should nourish ourselves not only physically, with food and clean water,

but also in terms of our energy bodies.

If you do sports, you also need rest periods to recharge and ultimately build muscle.

Youfill up your car when it’s empty, similarly,

a flashlight with dead batteries will no longer light,

the radio will stop playing

and your phone with a drained battery becomes completely useless.

Okay, a battery-powered radio is probably a rare example nowadays..

In quantum physics, there is measurable evidence that,

like all sentient beings, you are also made of energy.

So, what do you think happens if you drain your life energy tanks and don’t refill them?

Even geniuses of our time, like Nikola Tesla,

confirmed that everything in the universe is energy—so are we,

and ultimately, so is money.

If we constantly give away our life energy without replenishing it,

this will definitely affect both your physical body and your psyche

and in the worst case, it can even lead to physical death.

Over time, this makes us sick; we operate in a constant function mode instead of fulfillment because we act against what nourishes our soul.

And I take it a step further:

It is a physical law, and if you like, a universal law—you attract what you are,

or in this case, what you radiate.

Your vibration, the frequency you send out, attracts the same.

So choose wisely what you want to attract.

If you always follow joy, your inner calling, and your heart,

then you walk the path of your soul

and this will always lead you to a fulfilled and blissful existence.

Not only that, but if you are brave enough to step out of your comfort zone,

to follow your inner calling in order to make yourself happy,

you will, in a wondrous way,

notice how doors suddenly open again and again—doors you wouldn't have even thought of—that pave the way toward your fulfilled being.

I see absolutely nothing wrong with enjoying the material things of human existence.

This does not mean that my writing gives that impression.

Because pleasure is a wonderful frequency that is sent out

and as long as this pleasure is not based on egoism or at the expense of others,

then everyone should be wholeheartedly allowed to enjoy what brings them joy.

And if people spend so much money on things that can even harm them—

like hundreds of euros on clothes,

drinks at a club in one evening,

beauty products and surgeries,

multiple cars,

bets at the horse race, and the like—

then they should especially invest in their own healing, well-being,

and progress in life.

Maybe something from this can serve as an inspiration for you...

Heartfelt hugs!

With love,

Aurora.
